苏州科跃材料科技有限公司供应的热解氮化硼(PBN)坩埚是通过化学气相沉积(CVD)工艺在高温下由高纯三氯化硼(BCl₃)和氨气(NH₃)反应制成,拥有极高纯度、致密无孔结构和优异的热学、电学性能。

相比普通陶瓷材料,PBN坩埚具有以下优势:

  • 超高纯度:PBN的本征纯度高达99.99%,不引入金属杂质,是高纯材料处理理想选择;

  • 非润湿性:对多数熔融金属(如Ga、In、Sn等)不润湿,便于倒料和清洁;
